In case you forget to add your pet's name during the ordering process, don't worry! Our dedicated team will reach out to you to confirm the name before finalising the design of your pet bowl.

How long is the processing and delivery time?

Each custom product takes 1-3 days to create. Shipping time for our custom products can range from approximately 10-14 business days due to customisation. However, to reduce delivery times, we develop, finish, and customise the product at our overseas warehouse before shipping directly to you.
